Chocolate cookies loaded with America’s favourite cookie the Oreo, white chocolate chips, and optionally cookies and cream chocolate chunks.

These cookies were a bit of a pipe dream for me. A couple of my favourite things that I had never thought to combine to make the ultimate cookie. This cookie has a lot going on but that is also what makes them great. 

Chocolate Oreo Chunk Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup Unsalted Butter

1 cup Granulated Sugar

2 Eggs

2 Tsp Vanilla Extrac

t2 cups All-Purpose Flour

2/3 cup Cocoa Powder

1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

1/2 Tsp Baking soda

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/2 cup Oreos, Chopped

1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips

1/4 cup Cookies and Cream Chocolate, Chopped (Optional)

Instructions

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.In a large mixing bowl (or stand mixer bowl), mix together butter,sugar,eggs, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients mixture to butter mixture and mix until incorporated.Mix in Oreo pieces, white chocolate chips, and cookies & cream chocolate.Scoop cookies (I used a medium OXO cookie scoop) onto a grease or lined cookie tray about 2 inches apart. Bake for about 8-10 mins (they are a pretty cakey cookie)
